The Yaffe Center was pleased to hold its 3rd annual workshop on “Creating Persuasive, Credible Web Sites.” This workshop included presentations and discussions with practitioners and academics in web development with expertise in architecture and navigation, creative design, and web credibility. The workshop took place, Friday, January 30, 2004.

This workshop was organized by the Yaffe Center for Persuasive Communication at the University of Michigan and featured nationally-known experts in web design, advertising and persuasion to help students, faculty, administrators, and practitioners learn how to use and create more credible and more persuasive web sites. The workshop is sponsored annually by the Yaffe Center with funding from the School of Art & Design, School of Business, School of Information and ISEF.
